Warranty

We stand behind every Witness Chair.

Every Witness Chair is covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal recreational use from the date of purchase.

If you believe your chair has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@witnesschair.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess your claim and, where covered, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, commercial use, improper storage, modifications or damage caused by neglect.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
