Australia-Wide Shipping

We proudly ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne distribution centre.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within Australia are typically:

• Metro areas: 5–8 business days
• Regional and remote areas: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier network.

While we work with trusted freight partners, delivery timeframes may occasionally be affected by weather, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve secured your Witness Chair as a pre-order before our October stock arrival, thank you for your support.

We’ll keep you updated by email as stock arrives in Australia and moves through our Melbourne distribution centre.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details by email.

Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received.
